I just got a call from the Art Institute of NYC saying that they’ve reviewed my application and it looks very promising and we set up a phone interview in a couple of weeks after I go to the open house- but she said they enjoyed my essay and there is no reason I shouldn’t be accepted. I’m excited. I like the school from what I’ve seen. And it’s right by Canal street...
